The delivery time is 15 to 25 business days and begins counting from the product dispatch (shipment) at the Post Office, which occurs within 10 business days after payment confirmation. If the customer requests any changes to the order (address exchange, size, color, etc.), the processing time will start from the date of the change.

The tracking code will be sent within 10 business days after payment confirmation.

This timeframe may vary depending on the efficiency of the Post Office and Customs. In case of strikes, pandemics, customs taxes, or situations beyond our control and normal operations, the delivery time may be extended by more than 15 business days.

All purchases come with a tracking code that can be tracked from the departure from the country of origin until arrival at your residence. The code can be checked on the Post Office website: www.correios.com.br or on the website: track.ebanx.com/pt.

Please note that if your order includes more than one product, you may receive more than one tracking number.

We emphasize that as these are imported products, the numbering and size nomenclatures may be presented differently, but they are sent following Brazilian standard measurements, and indeed, on our website, you can check the size chart for each product for confirmation.
